Local shop keeper wins fight to re-instate Marathon and kick Snickers out of UK !

Grahame Smith , a computer shop owner from Dunbar has beaten the big boys and fought a long standing battle against a sweet manufacturer to bring back the original name - Marathon. Grahame was delighted yesterday to win the High Court case. "I'm delighted. I've spent 6 years on this , now I'm going to bring back Spangles." said a delighted Grahame. "I might even get my hair cut now in time for the scooter season."
